Sometimes you have to revamp a relationship. It could mean you might schedule a weekly date night, update your undies (oh la la), or find a new hobby. In my case, I need a redo on my workouts. I love barre3 but after work I tend to be tired or too busy to go. This leads to missed workouts and flabby body parts. Actually what I miss most is the energy it gives me. I can truly tell when I’ve missed a couple of classes.
Last week I talked about how I’m switching up my daily routine and trying to find more balance. By getting up and going to the 6 am class I have my entire day ahead of me. I’m not a morning person so I can’t believe those words just came out of my mouth. I’m only two weeks into my early bird schedule but so far I’m really enjoying it.
With new changes come little bits of motivation. A new outfit is always motivating for me and I love to pop into Lululemon to see what cute pieces just arrived. The only problem is they sell out so quickly!
