styling an army green jacket + my visit to P&G

Shop this look

After a quick trip to the P&G offices, I can’t wait to share with you all everything I learned. I went in thinking I knew everything about SPF (I didn’t) and that it has to be reapplied every 2 hours (*not necessarily).  It’s amazing how many misconceptions there are about skincare and after actually talking to the scientists (and taking tons of notes) I’m excited to set the record straight! And this being a fashion blog, we can’t forget what I wore… like this Rails Army Green jacket.

(Starting off the trip I wore this for our first day with Olay. I had so many compliments on that pullover I wore!! The only problem was I couldn’t fit those sleeves into my Olay lab coat, haha. But I very fashionably draped the coat over my shoulders so I could look the part… and enter the labs!)

Rails Army Green Jacket

And for my second day I wore this Rails Army Green Jacket as a top. What I love about this lightweight jacket is that it’s more like a top. So you can wear it tucked in, like I did at the P&G offices, or as a jacket like I did below. And if you dare, wear it with a crop top like I did! This piece looks great with yoga pants so it’s perfect after a workout (or if you’re just pretending that you worked out!)

As for the jeans I’ve traded my usual skinny black jeans for these high waisted flared crop ones. Well, they are supposed to be cropped… I’m just short! But I’ve been trying to switch out all my skinny jeans with new styles like this pair and the ones I’m wearing. Oh, and I have a round up coming soon!
