When I’m in desperate need of a quick getaway there’s always one place that makes me forget all my problems… Viva Las Vegas! Even though I barely gamble (and R doesn’t at all) we LOVE a long weekend in Vegas.
Here’s quick look at our trip, my Las Vegas outfits, and my favorite places on the strip!
Parasol Down (Wynn) – Stop in for a drink while you watch the ceiling mounted parasols go up and down or head outside to enjoy a view of their 40-foot waterfall. I had to stop and have some champagne of course! (And in case you didn’t notice, Wynn/Encore is my favorite place to stay in Vegas!)
Bellagio Shops (The Bellagio Hotel) – Their Chanel is my favorite one on the strip… and also the largest I think. Also check out the gorgeous flowers they always have on display.
Venetian + Palazzo – Both are great places to stay but I would say I prefer Palazzo more. Keep scrolling to see which restaurant is my favorite and located here…
This is the ultimate Vegas dress! Comes in white too — would be so cute for a bride-to-be! Wore this dress before we had dinner at Bouchon. Word of advice, go off your diet and order the Steak Frites for a classic French bistro meal. (I love it and I NEVER eat steak!) See more here.

Restaurants
Sooo many good restaurants at Cosmopolitan…
Momofukou Las Vegas + Milk Bar Las Vegas I LIVE for the B’Day Truffles!
Rose. Rabbit. Lie — Go for the show. (If you saw us singing on IG Stories, it was here!)
Beauty & Essex — Good food and even better vibe… like a really stylish speakeasy. Also one of the best entrances to a restaurant EVER! On the 3rd floor of the Cosmopolitan.
Haven’t been but several of you recommended Scarpetta and I didn’t get to go but I love Ghost Donkey.
Spago — Make a reservation for an early time, then when you get there say you’ll wait for a table on the patio. It has the most amazing view of the Bellagio fountains! Worth waiting for.
Il Mulino New York — Our favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas and NYC. And I always look forward to the complimentary Grappa cordial after our meal. Try the in house Fig Grappa if available.
Tableau — Located by the Wynn Tower Suites, we love to go here for an elevated breakfast or lunch. It’s beautiful, bright, and always delicious.
Urth Cafe — Was our favorite place for grabbing coffee and breakfast. Located in the new part of the Wynn.
Lotus of Siam — Off the Strip and not fancy at all but this Thai restaurant is a Las Vegas institution. Great wine selection and the mango sticky rice is a MUST for dessert.
Joel Robuchon — A once in a lifetime dining event… no seriously, you’ll be broke afterwards. But if you’re a foodie you must go and I suggest going to L’Atelier next door. You actually get to see them create your food. (When we were there Joel Robuchon was actually at the table next to us!)
Spas
Wynn Spa and Encore Spa (The Wynn & Encore Hotel) – Extravagant surroundings make these spas an unforgettable experience.
The Spa at Aria (The Aria Hotel) — The only co-ed spa we’ve found in Las Vegas. Great for couples or groups of friends.
Canyon Ranch Spa (Venetian/Palazzo) — An amazing place for a healthy escape. You could spend your whole day there! Take a classes, have a healthy lunch, and then spend the afternoon with a massage and steam. Went there with my best friend and had the best day!
Best Shopping
The Forum Shops at Caesars (The Caesars Palace Hotel) – Who doesn’t enjoy shopping high-end brands on the street of Rome… indoors and in Vegas.
Bellagio — Go for their Chanel and Gucci.
Barneys New York (The Venetian Hotel) – I always love peeking in for a look.
Wynn + Encore – The best luxury fashion all under one roof.
Shops at Crystals (City Center) – The most modern shopping experience on the strip.
