Now let’s get to today’s outfit. This blue dress is cute, sweet, with a little side of sexy. It’s basically a ruffled peplum minidress but with the addition of side cut-outs and a neck tie detail. Just one very important thing to note — it runs small in the ribcage, so while I normally wear an XS I needed a size small. (This brand tends to run on the small side.) If you have a fun event coming up and you want a showstopping dress you must give this one a try!
