It’s funny how hard it is to find a long sleeve dress.  I feel like in the winter I’m always searching for one but can’t find what I want.  When I came across this BCBG blue fringe dress I was thrilled to find exactly what I was looking for.  I especially love the fringe detailing on the sleeves and along the bottom.  It’s dressy enough for work but cute enough to wear out to dinner.  This all-in-one piece is just what a girl needs.
