Last year I bought my first pair of over the knee boots and I was instantly hooked!  I loved how wearing them with dresses meant I didn’t have to bother with tights.  Also they added a luxe look to every outfit.   The flip side being the price tag.  While I can’t recommend these boots enough, I know they are quite the investment piece.
