What makes a dress your favorite? What do you look for in a dress? Why do you buy a dress? These are the questions I’ve been asking myself over the past couple months. And I would love to know YOUR ANSWERS!

If you follow me on Instagram you know that I was in Austin for a very QUICK 24 hour trip. We went because I’m FINALLY working on creating a very small clothing collection. I’m thinking only 3 pieces to start… then see where it goes. I’m going to be involve in every step of this process — this isn’t going to be just slapping my tag on another persons clothing. (Yep, people do that.)

I want it to be sustainable and possibly made in the USA… but because of prices that might not happen. Not matter WHERE it’s made I will be sure that the employees are properly compensated. These factors are so important to me! (Which is why this is taking so long to do.)

So I’m going to need YOUR help and YOUR guidance to create pieces that will make you feel confident to wear. For me, there’s nothing easier to wear than a dress. When you find a dress that you love you feel beautiful, put together, and ready to take on the world. And I really love one that you can style multiple ways.

Today’s dress is a bit pricey but I really like that if feels like I’m wearing a tee but it looks dressed up. It also has an incredible fit! And you know I love a puff sleeve…
