I’m always excited to see more national brands and retailers opening their doors in Oklahoma City.  My hometown tends to feel like a big small town.  The city has a large population but we are still missing out on a lot of the perks most large cities enjoy.  Thankfully things have been getting better over the past ten years.  Our downtown is really growing and the stores and restaurants are continuing to multiply.

When I went to the the opening of Madewell in Penn Square Mall it was so exciting to see the crowd.  I think we were all so happy that one of our favorite stores was no longer a three hour drive away.  While I love going to Dallas, it’s nice to have your favorite brands down the road.  Make sure to go by the store this week and show them some love.  Let Madewell know how thrilled we are to have them here!
