If you’re not familiar with SkinCeuticals, the brand is known for its high potency formulas that are used by authorized dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medi-spas, and other qualified premium skincare professionals all over the US. I’ve been a fan of them for a long time but had never had a professional facial using their products — until recently! Bloom Medical Aesthetics in Norman proudly carries SkinCeuticals and I got to experience their SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore Protocol Facial!

First, I had a long conversation with my aesthetician to ensure she would be using the product that my skin would benefit from most. For instance, I have combination skin that is dry in the winter but with too much moisturizer and I can break out. Since it was still cool outside when I went for the facial and I had just got back from travel, she focused on replenishing my dehydrated skin along with correcting some problem areas

Getting a SkinCeuticals facial

First she started with the brand’s Gentle Cleanser Cream and Equalizing Toner. Then after a relaxing steam, she applied a mask and then it was time to get to my favorite part… correcting and preventing!
