This weekend was spent packing. I’m currently getting ready for our big trip to Paris, Marrakech, and Munich. (And bringing this belt bag of course, and be sure to check out the belt bag trend round up at the bottom of the post!)  And my Mom is packing for her big move to Korea…

I’ve had some of you ask about her move and to answer the most common questions: she’s only going to be there for a year or two, it’s for work, and yes I’m going to visit, woohoo! I’ve never been over to that part of the globe so I can’t wait to explore it. While over there I’m really hoping we can go to Tokyo too. That’s been a dream of mine, especially to go during the cherry blossoms season in Kyoto.

So all of this upcoming travel has me pretty pumped that belt bags (fanny packs/bum bags) are very much IN right now. And after speaking to a friend whose wallet and PASSPORT were STOLEN out of her bag in Paris, I’m aaaaalllll about the safety of a belt bag.
