I’m pretty excited about today’s post for two reasons.  First of all, I really like this top and these jeans.  And secondly… I’m carrying the first “IT” bag I ever bought!  But let’s start with the clothing…

This peplum smocked back top looks great on just about everybody!  It also looks cute with these jeans.  That’s right, I FINALLY tracked down a pair of non-skinny jeans that I really like.  I’ve been wanting a pair of not stretchy, semi-high waist, semi-mom style jeans that actually looked good on.  And I think I finally found them!

But back to the top!  It’s under $70 and creates the cutest little waistline.  I can see it being worn with shorts, black pants, white jeans, or really just about anything!

The Dior saddle bag is back!

So way back in the early 2000s I was shopping with my Mom + Gran and while on vacation stopped by Dior to see this bag in person.  The saddle bag trend was coming to an end so they only had one left… and it was ON SALE!  So we all split it and this bag became my Christmas present that year.

It was my first “IT” bag and I’m soooo glad I held onto it.  The new saddle bags are only available at Dior boutiques but there are tons of vintage ones for sale online. (But be careful, there are a lot of fakes too!!)  If you’re wanting to find one I would check out The Real Real and Vestiaire Collective.

The only difference that I can see is the old version has Velcro closures while the new version has snaps.  Otherwise they look the same!
