I love a good fashion splurge but I get even MORE excited when I find a fashionable deal to share with you.  This pink ruffle hem top under $50 just happens to be one of them.  Plus it comes in 11 colors, and I’m loving the pink right now.

So let’s go back to where I mentioned I love a fashion splurge.  The bag I’m carrying here was actually purchased on our honeymoon at the original Chanel store in Paris.  It was the biggest fashion moment of my life!  Being at that store was magical for me.  I’ve had some amazing fashion moments (getting yelled at by Kelly Cutrone, chatting with Kate Spade wayyy back when she only made nylon bags) but that one is by far the best.

If you’re in Paris I highly recommend going to the original Chanel store at 31 Rue Cambon.  (And while you’re there be sure to ask to see the stairs that go up to Coco Chanel’s apartment.)  One amazing part about buying a bag there, or anywhere in France, is that it will be cheaper than in the states.  Isn’t that worth making a fashion splurge?  Check out this post for the details on VAT taxes, etc.  And just a heads up, there will be a line to get into the store.  After all, good things come to those who wait!
