Can you believe I’ve never been to Napa?  It’s one of those places where I always tried to set up a trip but it would always end up falling through!  So when Brooke of One Small Blonde asked me if I wanted to join her for an early birthday trip, I bet you can guess what I said…

We stayed at the incredible Farmhouse Inn which was the perfect way to be introduced to the area.  Charming, cozy, and luxe; this boutique resort is perfection.  Even though we arrived late, we decided to explore the town and grab a bite to eat.  With a busy schedule the next day, we ended our night after dinner and headed back to the hotel.  After such a long day of travel I was excited to crawl into that cushy bed.  I almost didn’t want to get up in the morning, especially with that cozy robe, but after a delicious breakfast we were off!  Our guide Cory, took us to several amazing vineyards, one of which was a total hidden gem.  I can’t recommend him enough!

After enjoying all the vino Napa had to offer, our group headed back to San Francisco for a couple days of even more exploring.  I’ll be showing you that soon!

I can’t thank Brooke enough for the invite and sharing her love of the area.  The only problem is, I can’t wait to return!  For all my readers who have already been and to those who are planning a trip, I would love to know your favorite vineyard to explore.  This wine-loving chica wants to know, because she’s heading back!
