It was kind of a weird 4th of July for us.  The weather was stormy and we didn’t even get to see any fireworks!  The good news is, it was a great lazy weekend of catching up on sleep and getting to spend time with my best friend at her family home on Grand Lake.  Like with any trip or holiday, I also used it as an excuse to pull out some festive outfit combinations.

While it looks really cute with heels, I ended up wearing these sandals all weekend long.   Here’s also a look at the other pieces I wore this weekend.  As you can tell, I was all about the red, white, and blue.  No surprise there!  I hope you had good holiday and are ready to start this short week.
