I had never been to a blowout bar before but was familiar with their popularity across the country.  With an upcoming evening event it was the perfect opportunity to try out blo. in the Classen Curve.  They offer a full range of hair styles, updos, and makeup as well.  After scanning through their many available styles I honed in on The Dru.  It was described as ” sexy, messy look takes the term “Texas” hair current and chic.  As an honorary Texan (I was born there) and lover of big hair, how could I resist!

This modern one-stop-shop also specializes in bridal styling for your entire party.  Average price for a blo-out is $35 with wash or $25 just for styling, and monthly memberships are available that offer discounted pricing.  During my visit I was excited to try out the Kevin.Murphy product line, which I’ll be reviewing in an upcoming beauty post.

I loved my ‘Dru hairdo’ and was especially thrilled that it lasted several days.  Here’s what day 2 of my hairdo looked like.  Pretty glamorous right?  Thank you blo. for having me — I look forward to visiting again!
