I love a bright bold lip!  The problem is that I have a little trouble coloring within the lines.  My red lipstick always smears!  I know lipliner helps but I need one that works like glue.  No Cosmetics No Bleeding Lips works to create a barrier that keeps you lipstick where it should be – on your lips.  I doubted that it would work but it totally did!  It has the side effect of being a little drying but I don’t mind.  Have you tried No Bleeding Lips?
