It’s 90 degrees outside yet I’m dreaming of wool, plaids, cashmere, and coats.  This sort of thing happens every year.  Once the fall merchandise hits the stores it’s out with the old and in with the new cooler weather trends.  For fall I’m craving classic pieces with a preppy flair to them.  Think Gossip Girl only with more metallics and flat footwear.  Shoe trends include pointed toes and masculine loafers in unusual colors.  Who knew I would ever be coveting a metallic pair of tasseled loafers?
