While I prefer my 5 inch heels, I’m trying to make a conscious effort to wear flats more often.  Recently, I fell in love with a pair of heels that almost killed me.  Seriously.  I made the mistake of running around in these Saint Laurent heels for 8 hours and I swear it did a year’s worth of damage.  My feet cramped for days and I think my arches are still recovering…

On that note, yesterday’s post featured a fabulous pair of flats.  While that pair isn’t going anywhere, I’m looking to add more to my shoe closet.  I’m really digging the current menswear inspired footwear trend I’ve been seeing everywhere.  Above are several pairs of oxfords/loafers that I’ve been looking at.  At least this is one trend that is comfortable.
