I used to be anti-shorts.  This was until a few summers ago, when almost an entire month was over 100 degrees.  That changed my perspective a bit.  These Express shorts are dressy yet casual and perfect for these last days of summer.  When the temperature dips down, I will be pairing them with heels and a leather jacket.  And I’m beyond ready for the temperatures to drop… hurry up fall fashion!
