We all dream of having thick and shiny hair. Starting from the age of 21 I noticed that my hair was getting dramatically thinner. On and off for the past 5 years I’ve had extensions to offset the loss (Here’s an example of when I did.) I LOVED having them except for the obvious drawbacks: takes longer to dry, causes additional breakage, very costly, etc.
Last year I started to make some changes. I improved my diet, kicked up my exercising routine, and started taking biotin and Viviscal. While I can hardly remember to take a pill everyday, it seems that when I do remember it makes a difference.
