Last October I showcased this Theory dress on AiW.  Now that the temperature has warmed back up, I’ve ridiculously excited to finally wear it again.  First of all it’s grey, which is probably one of my favorite colors, and it features a flirty little drop waist ruffle.  Put on a blazer and that little ruffle just peeks out from below.  I just can’t resist a ruffle…
