Fall is magical.  The colors, the smells, and most importantly the clothing options.  The air is cool enough where you can wear skirt, or in this case shorts, without freezing.  I adore the ‘shorts with tights’ look.  It looks so 70s and I always feel like I’m channeling my inner Jane Birkin.  Do you wear shorts in the winter?
