I love a good stormy rainy day!  I put on some jazz, open a bottle of red, and veg.  I guess I'm what you call an old soul.  Rainy weather also brings out new fashion items, like a fabulous trench and a great pair of rain boots.  Right now there are so many to choose from!!!
