Looks like it's time for another Wonderland DIY project!!!!!
You're going to need:
a tee
scissors
ribbon
ruler
pen
First, take a ruler and mark every half inch, making each row as long as you like. Adding as many rows as you like.
Then cut a tiny slit or poke a small hole with your scissors.
Now feed the ribbon, weaving it in and out of the cuts. Knot the top and bottom of the ribbon on the underside so it won't slip through the slits. Then tie the bows where you like.
AND VOILA!
Old Gap tee + 50 cent black ribbon = cheap and chic!
