Honestly I have a coat similar to this.  And if I'm even MORE honest with myself, it's the color that I'm drawn to.  My monochromatic-black-wearing-self is trying to branch out and get into the rainbow.

Of course, I knew I would have to track down these beauties after seeing them in a Calvin Klein ad.  And here is what I found…

These ARE the perfect black heel.  They are sexy yet subdued and don't feature a 6 inch hooker heel.  They are perfect for work or going out after.

They also come in bronze and gunmetal although the black are my fav.

I usually don't do commentary about celebrities and what they wear.

BUT when I saw Sarah Jessica Parker in a darling pink jacket I knew I had to say something.

So stinkin' cute!

Yes, this look is nothing new – jacket, skinny jeans, heels – but that PUNCH of color is just what my wardrobe needs!  And the maroon heels are too die.
