As you can tell from the last post, I'm digging plastic shoes at the moment.
Designer Jason Wu has partnered with Brazilian shoe company, Melissa, to update two of their famous styles. He will be following in the footsteps of designers, Vivianne Westwood and John Paul Gaultier.
Wu said of the design,
“It was really interesting for me to explore design possibilities with plastic. I wanted to take advantage of the materials I was given, make it all completely functional and waterproof and yet still remain extremely sophisticated.”
I just adore the little pink flats. I love how after puddle jumping my Melissa flats on a rainy day, they will remain in prestine condition!
