Tibi has created what I believe to be the perfect dress! This dress features a boat neck with a racer back. The boat neck along with the cinched waist, will create an hourglass figure on almost every shape. I'm also a big fan of the exposed zipper.
Too cute! This might be the perfect dress for my upcoming birthday.
