plants, coffee, and keeping it casual

Shop this look

We have so many special places in Oklahoma City.  I really need to put together a city guide to share all my favorite spots!  I’ll be featuring a couple of my favorites over on another darling blog… more on that this week!  But until then I wanted to share with you a place that I just adore along with what I call a “coffee shop outfits.”

As some of you know, my husband and I are total foodies who live for delicious food and a tasty cup of coffee, so add those two elements to a darling plant shop (with an airstream that also serves as a stage) and you have one of OKC’s most unique spots.  I love to get out of my office occasionally and set up shop there at the joint warehouse space which is shared by the Plant Shoppe and Okay Yeah.  Sometimes I grab some coffee and indulge in one of their tasty hand tarts.  (It’s basically the best pop tart ever!)

On my way out the door I’ll take a peek at all the beautiful plants and custom arrangements.   And I try to resist the urge to buy another house plant or succulent.  I mean, I just killed a cactus… I didn’t even know that was possible!

But let move on from plants and coffee and get to my outfit…

So many times you see me all dressed up but I wanted to share with you what most of my casual outfits look like.  I’m usually in a tee with an interesting detail, a pair of jeans, and a fun pair of shoes or bag.  And you know I love my Pandora stackable rings and bracelets.  They go with everything!
