If there’s one color combination that exemplifies my style, it’s black and tan.

That’s probably what first attracted me to these heels.  While they look like a pair of plain black booties, what makes them different is their wooden heel extends out just enough to grab your attention.  If you like them as much as I do, then I would say grab them now!  They are almost sold out.  (Regarding fit, I find them a little on the small side but once I broke them in they were comfortable.)

And then let’s talk about the bag…

I’ve been on the lookout for a tan goes-with-absolutely-everything bag and I think I’ve found it.  Over the years, I’ve been a long time fan of Clare V — you probably know her best for her fold-over clutch.  I’ve had two of them and they have held up so well I think it’s time to upgrade to a big bag.  This Clare V Sandrine bag looks like a vintage doctors bag and with every little nick and mark it will look even better over time.  I’m actually thinking of getting it monogrammed when we’re in New York next week.  And if you know me I NEVER monogram anything!  I guess I just want everyone to know this tan beauty is all mine.

What’s your favorite color combo?
