My love of fringe isn’t anything new, though I’m still trying to decide which of these heels I want!  One easy decision I’ve already made was this fringe tank top.  It’s only $16 and will be perfect to pair underneath a leather jacket come fall.  Sometimes it’s the subtle accents that can just make an outfit, and luckily they don’t always cost a lot.
