Over the 4th of July weekend I found myself living in this button down top.  Since it’s linen I knew it would be comfortable in the heat and also perfect as a swimsuit coverup.  (I paired it with this swimsuit.)  The holiday was also a great excuse to wear my favorite Mara Hoffman dress and drink a shandy.  While I’m not really a beer girl, when it’s ridiculously hot this drink always hits the spot.  I made it with 3/4 Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier and 1/4 Maine Root Lemon Lime soda.  (I used German beer, so technically it’s called a radler.)  I totally recommend it!
